At TIJ, we want you to love your socks. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we currently do not accept returns on opened or worn socks.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

 

To request a return or exchange:

Please contact us through email, instagram DM or WhatsApp with:

• Your name

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

• Photos (if applicable)

 

Refunds

Once your request is approved and processed, refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

الاستبدال

نقبل استبدال المنتجات غير المستخدمة في عبوتها الأصلية خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ التسليم. لطلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال: يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو رسائل إنستغرام أو واتساب مع ذكر: اسمك رقم طلبك وصف موجز للمشكلة صور (إن وجدت)

 

الاسترداد

 بمجرد الموافقة على طلبك ومعالجته، سيتم رد المبلغ (إن وجد) إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية

رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد
